Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of Electrical services for NMB Branches

The NMB Bank Plc. Management Tender Committee invites eligible, qualified and experienced contractors to apply for Expression of Interest for provision of electrical services for NMB Branches.
The Selection and final shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through Open Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the NMB Plc. Procurement Policy and Procedures.
This is not a request for proposals, henceforth after a review of the submitted applications for the expression of interest. a shortlist will be prepared. Shortlisted vendors will be invited to submit their technical and financial proposals through a request for proposal document which will be shared.
The selection /short listing Criteria will include:
- Possession of registration certificate from relevant authorities business license, company certificate of incorporation, TIN, VAT Registration;
- Possession of CRB Registration Certificate in Electrical services category;
- Submission of certified power of attorney document;
- Submission of certified declaration on Litigation information regarding your firm;
- The company must have not less than five years’ experience in provision of electrical services;
- The company must indicate the list of specific working experience in the similar
- The company must provide at least three references from the current referees (must be within three years);
- Documentary evidence of financial capability, experience and capacity to undertake the assignment including two (2) years company audited hnancial reports;
- Staffing levels must submit the list of key staff with their CVs demonstrating their ability to carry out the assignment;
- Indicate current physical location (which will be inspected for verification); that is a valid right of occupancy of office premises or lease contract and indicate if you have upcountry offices;
- Briefly demonstrate capability in terms of equipment, skills and technology as per requirement in respective categories.
Please note that in assessing the submissions, consideration will be given to the above mentioned criteria. Only vendors meet the minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting.

The deadline for submission of the applications will be at 15.00HRS on Wednesday 17th July 2019. Applications received will be opened promptly thereafter and In the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at NMB Bank Plc Head Office on the first floor at the day of submission deadline. The applications must be delivered before the deadline, In a sealed envelope hand delivered or by courier to the Secretary NMB Tender Committee Ohio Street All Hessan Mwinyi Road, BO. Box 9213. Dar es Saleem. Tanzania. NMB Bank Plc Head office deposited at the tender box located at the first floor. The outer cover shall be clearly marked: Expression of Interest for Provision of Electrical Services for NMB Branches across the network not to be opened before 1 15H00 on 17th July 201 9.
Late applications, portion of applications, electronic applications, and applications not received, not opened and not read out aloud In public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances.
