Expression of Interest for Bancassurrance System for NMB Bank Plc

1.0 NMB Ailnk Pie. has set fw1ds for year 2019, towards the cost of supply of Bancassurance System. It is intended that pdrt of these funds will be applied to elligible payments under contract for Supply of Bancassurance System for NMB bank Pie.
2.0 The Bank’s Tender Committee now invites all eligible, qualified and competent vendors to submit the proposal for expression of interest for Supply of Bancassurance System to NMB Bank Pie.
3.0 The Selection of eligible and qualified Bancassurance System Companies will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the NMB Bank Pie. Procurement Policy and Procedures.
4.0 The selection Criteria shall involve 2 stages (Legal registration/compliance and Capabilities):
a)
- Possession of registration certificate from relevant authorities, business license, company certificate of incorporation, TIN, VAT Registration.
- The company must have not less than three years experience in the relevant field.
- Current physical location (which will be inspected for verification); that is a valid right of occupancy of office premises or lease contract
- Submission of power of attorney document
- Submission of certified declaration on Litigation information regarding your firm.
b) Company’s Capabilities and Proposed Methodology:
- Indicate the proposed Work methodology
- Staffing level to meet the delivery timelines. Submit the list of key staff with their CVs demonstrating their ability to carry out the assignment
- Previous experience to ,handle the tender of the similar scale and magnitude.
- Capability in terms of equipment sufficient to handle the entire contract without subcontracting.
- Indicate in your proposal Project duration with a full Program of work
- Financial Capability, submit three years audited financial statements (2016, 2017 and 2018).
5.0 Please note that in assessing the submissions, consideration will be given _to the qualifications, experience on similar assignments and capacity to undertake the assignment. Only eligible and qualified Bancassurance System Companies with demonstrated experience and excellent track records in similar assignments will be considered
6.0 In case of any further clarification required the interested bidders may obtain further clarification information ‘from the Office of the Secretary, NMB Tender Committee, situated at NMB Head Office at the junction of Ohio/Ali-Hassan Mwinyi roads from 08HOO to 16HOO hours Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
7.0 All applicants must include one original plus one copy of the tender. The document must be properly filled, and enclosed in plain envelopes

8.0 Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received and tenders not opened and not read out aloud in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
