Expression of Interest of Service Providers for 2019/20
Foundation for Civil Society (FCS) an independent Tanzanian non-for-profit organization providing grants and capacity building services to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Tanzania. Our mission is to contribute to sustainable development in Tanzania through civil society strengthening, policy influencing and enhancing a learning culture.
The FCS would like to invite applications from credible, eligible and well-established service providers to express interest to supply/provide the following goods and services for the year 2019/20.
Details
Lot No.1 Supplier and installation of 50KV Electrical Generator, The preferred equipment must be Diesel operated.. Supplier should also be able to demonstrate ability to supply high quality generators and excellent after sale services.
Lot No.2 Internet Service Provider, Supply of high speed unlimited dedicated broadband internet, Full Duplex 20/20mbps (12 Months)
Lot No.3 Supplier of Computer and its accessories, High quality computer soft and hardware, reasonable prices, ability to supply at the event of short notice as well as excellent after sells services.
Lot No.4 Consultant firm to provide Legal Services, Provision of Legal services to Foundation for Civil Society on retainer basis. The law firm is expected to provide professional Legal services where required in all statutory matters as well as other Legal services.
Service providers may submit proposal for one and only one among items listed in above; each item should be considered separately when submitting the registration of service provision documents stating clearly the item number.
The selection and final shortlisting of service providers will be conducted through the competitive selection procedure specified in FCS procurement guidelines.
Short listing criteria will include;
(i) Company Profile and physical location, possession of business licence, tax clearance certificate, certificate of incorporation, business registration, TIN, and VAT Certificate.
(ii) A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field and recommendation from, at least two customers.
(iii) Documented financial capacity, technical competence and ability to deliver, after sales services.
Applications in plain sealed envelopes, clearly showing the type(s)/Lot number of service category applied for, should be addressed to the Chairperson – FCS Procurement Committee, P.O. Box 7192, Dar es salaam and must be delivered to the Foundation’s offices, 7 Madai Crescent, Ada Estate, Plot 154.
Deadline for submission of Expression of Interest shall be 3rd June 2019 and they will be opened on the same date.
The Foundation for Civil Society is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender.
