INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER NO. AE/007/2018-2019/HQ/G/08 FOR
SUPPLY OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AUTHORITY during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds or the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of Technical Equipment.
The Occupational Safety and Health Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible National Suppliers of the following items:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Goods, Works, Non Consultant Service and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Act. 2011 and it Regulation Government Notice No 446 of 2013 with its amendment of 2016 and are open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulation.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding documents at the office of The Secretary of Tender hoard Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSIIA) P. O Box 519. Dar es Salaam, OSHA, Kinondom Ikungi Street (Maliakama Road), from 7.30a.m to 3.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non refundable fee of One hundred thousand Tanzanian shillings (100, 000.00). Payment should be payable through GePG (Control number shall be obtained at OSHA)
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the Bidding documents.
All bids in one original plus two copy, properly filled in. and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below at or before 24/5/2019 at 1400hrs local lime. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA), P. O Box 519, Dar es Salaam, OSHA, Kinondoni, Ikungi Street (Mahakama Road).
Late Bids, Portion of Bids, electronic Bids, Bids not received, Bids not opened and not read out in public al the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
