1. Property on Plot No.81,Sokoni 1, Arusha City under CT. No. 43798 in the name of Furanaeli Rogate Kimaro ,auction will be conducted on 28th September 2022 at 10.00 am onwards.
2. Farm on Plot No.822, punga Village Mbozi Disrtict Mbeya Municipality under CT.No.8805 in the name of Joseph Mwambenga Mbogela, auction will be conducted on 2nd November 2022 starting from 10 am onwards.
3. Property Plot No.43, Block One, Vvawa Urban Area Mbeya under CT No.9236 in the name of Joseph Mwambega Mbogela,auction will be conducted on 2nd November 2022 starting from 2.00 pm onwards.
4. Property on Plot No.193, Block 21 situated at Buyuni area Ilala Municipality in the name of Hillary Blasius Munish, auction will be conducted on 8th November 2022 starting from 11.00 am onwards. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION
1. The property will be sold on ‘as where is’ basis.
2. The successful bidder will be required to pay a deposit of 25%: of the amount purchased on the auction day after the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer and the balance of 75’): to be paid on or before 14 days after the sale, in default of the said balance the amount deposited shall be forfeited and the property will be re auctioned.
3. All charges including transfer charges will be borne by the buyer.
