EITS (Electrical Instrumentation and Telecommunications Systems) Contractor for the EACOP
project, invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in the provision of:
NEW VEHICLE LEASING SERVICES:
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- Medium size SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) / Estate Wagons (5-Seater) with Automatic Transmission
- Mini Van (7-Seater) with Automatic transmission
- Double Cabin (4-Seater) 4X4 pick-up trucks with Automatic transmission
- Mandatory Inclusive Services: Comprehensive Insurance, Replacement Car Services, Vehicle Trackers, Periodic and Preventive Maintenance; Planned Annual Car Inventory of Models & Makes of Vehicles
- After Sales Service Support: Provide a list of branches and/or associates in Tanzania. Provide information pertaining to safety ratings equivalent to NCAP Safety Rating For each vehicle type provide options of models and/or range of models that suit requirement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proof of registration as a Car Dealer or Leasing or Rent-a-Car Company as required under
Tanzanian Law. - Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Tax Clearance Certificate
- Experience, performance, and capacity in delivering NEW vehicles as outlined above
- Financial capacity to deliver the services required.
- Registered with the EWURA Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of
submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended - Compliance with Local Content Regulations, 2017 and Local Company definition.
- Evidence of organization H3SE Management Systems & policy, procedure, and process in
compliance with applicable Local and Industry standards for similar works.
Interested Companies that meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the
goods and services listed above, should express their interest by sending together with the above

Companies satisfactorily meeting the minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature
of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further
evaluation by
