Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
Buckreef Gold Company Ltd “BGCL’), a JV agreement company between State Mining Corporation (Stamico) and Tanzam2000 Ltd, a 100% owned subsidiary of Tanzanian Gold Corporation (TSX: TNX)(NYSE MKT:TRX). For more information, visit: https://www.tangoldcorp.com/, the company has operations located in Mnekezi Village, Geita District, Tanzania.
The company calls for submissions of Expressions of Interest from eligible Civil Contractor companies based in Tanzania for construction of bypass road of 9 kilometers from Mnekezi village to Lwamgasa.
The EO! call aims at prequalifying or shortlisting the capable Contractors and does not constitute an invitation to tender.
Interested parties shall submit their expression of Interest (“EOI”) with supportive documents showing the company profile, Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration, and certificate CRB registration (Contractors Registration Board). The prospective bidders MUST possess a valid CRB registration status of Class IV (Four) and above in Civil Works Category.
The evaluation of the prospective bidders will be done based on the following minimum criteria:
a) Expertise of the company team in undertaking similar project,
b) Experience of the company in roads Construction.
c) Financial strength of the company, evidenced by financial statements of at least two recent years.
d) Eligibility of the company (both professionally and legally).
Expressions of interest should be submitted by email ([email protected]) no
later than 02:30p.m 30™ November, 2021 (Submission deadline).
