CONSTRUCTION OF THREE OBSTETRIC OPERATING THEATER AND RENOVATION OF ONE NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT AT SELECTED HEALTH FACILITIES SHINYANGA REGION TANZANIA
- Touch Foundation is a secular non-profit health organization that support the government of Tanzania to improve health outcomes by strengthening health system across the different levels of care from tertiary hospital down village-level facilities. Touch Foundation Currently is implementing M-mama Project in Shinyanga region which contributes to the reduction of maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity
- Touch Foundation is now requesting for sealed propose from eligible contractors or firms registered as building contractors class V or above by the contractors registration board of Tanzania for the
i. Contraction of 3 obcstetric operating theatre at Bulungwa health centre( Ushetu DC), lUyunga health centre (Msalal DC) and Jakaya M Kikwete DC Hospital (Kishapu DC) These facilities are in Shinyanga Region Tanzania
ii. Renovation of one neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)at Kahama Town Council Hospital in Shinyanga Region Tanzania - Bidding will be conducted according to competitive tendering procedures and is opene to companies or joint venture registered and operating in the lake zone of Tanzania. Touch Foundation will award the contract to the bidder whose quotation has been dterminated to be suitably responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price and according to the government of Tanzania Value for Money principles
- To be eligible to submit a proposal companies will be required to provide the following in their sealed proposal
- Full name physical postal address and contact information(phone# and email)
- Company profile organizational structure, certificates copies of the articles/memorandum of association
- 3 references for complete construction works with construction completion certificates
- Validity business license issued by the Government of TANZANIA
- VALIDIT vat and tin CERTIFICATES
- Validity registration with contractors registration board of Tanzania registered in the lake zone
- Financial status for the last 3 consecutive years 2017, 2018 and 2019
- TIN/VRN registration number and income tax clearance certificates for 2019
- Quality assurance and safety statement
- Certified affidavit indicating that the applicant currently is not blacklisted by any agency
- Certified affidavit showing that the applicant currently is not involved in any litigation
- Bid securing declaration or bid securityz91% of the quotation)
5. Interested applicants may obtain a set of English based bidding document at touch foundation office located at Wurzburg Road( Near Bugando Majeneza) Mwanza Tanzania During office hours 9-16 PM Monday – Friday or by email [email protected] any time from 1st March 2020
6. All English based proposal in one original plus one copy and soft(compulsory) of the price schedule properly filled in the format provided should be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered tat Touch Foundation address not later than 16th March 2020 at 10;00 am Tanzania time and should be titled as proposal for construction of obstetric operating theater and Renovation of NICU Selected health facilities in shinyanga region with clear indication about the lot no that you are interested
