PRINTING AND CIRCULATING TANZANIA PROCUREMENT JOURNAL
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Tanzania Procurement Journal Issue No. ISSN: 1821-6021 Vol. Xll No. 34 dated 20‘” August, 2019. ‘
2. The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority during the financial year 2019 “1020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Priting and Circulation of Tanzania Procurement Journal.
3. The Government Procurement Services Agency on behalf of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible service providers of Printing and Circulating of Tanzania Procurement journal . 4. Tendering will be conducted through the national Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulation 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016) and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, Government Procurement Services Agency Tender Board, Keko Mwanga, Nyerere Road/Bohari Street, and P. O. Box 9150, Dar es Salaam from 07:30 am to 03:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tender document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written a] vlication to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shilling ’30 00.00. Payment should be made after getting CONTROL NUMBER from GPSA Office. Baking particulars (Banking pay in Slips) should be submitted to the GPSA Office for acknowledgment of payment. Payment out of control number shall not be acceptable.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
7. All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked ”TENDER No: AE/018/2019-20/HQ/NCS/27 for Printing ami Circulation of Tanzania Procurement journal” must be delivered to the address the Secretary, Government Procurement Services Agency, PO Box 9150, Keko Mwanga Nyerere Road, Dar ES Salaam . Tenders will be opened on 4th December, 2019 10:00 am promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence Of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Government Procurement Services Agency, PO 30″ 9 9150, Keko Mwanga Nyerer Road, Dar Es Salaam.
8. Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not mead out in public at the tender opening ceremony : in not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
