Tender No PA-085/2022-2023/HQ/NCS/13 FOR Leasing of Godown at Chang’ombe-Temeke

1. The Government of Tanzania through Tanzania Trade Development Authority in financial year
   2022/2023 intends to lease Godown space located at Chang’ombe-Temeke. The area has Main
   Warehouse with total area of 1437 square meter and Minor Warehouse of 229 square meter.
2. The Godown is located Mwakalinga street along Chang’ombe Road junction, on Plot No. 152
   Mwakalinga street, Temeke Municipality in Dar es Salaam. The neighborhood is predominantly
   characterized by industrial properties. The subject is in close proximity to Goldstar paints, water drillers, steel manufacturing factory and TFA’s office.
3. The Tanzania Trade Development Authority now invites tenders for the lease of Godown in
   Chang’ombe -Temeke Dar es salaam.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – GN No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information by accessing a complete set of the Tendering Documents in English language through TANePS.
6. A complete set of Tendering Documents) in English language may be obtained or downloaded
   through TANePS.
7. Tenderers are required to register and pay tender participation fee as required through TANePS to be able to participate in this tendering process.
8. All Tenders shall be accompanied by a Tender Security Declaration in an acceptable format
   provided
9. All Tenders shall be submitted through TANePS at or before 14:00HRS on 6/03/2023. Tenders
   will be opened promptly thereafter on TANePS and opening details will be available to the public through TANePS.
10. Tenders not received through TANePS shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
    circumstances.
11. Interested Applicants who wish to visit the site and/or obtain further information should contact the Office of the Secretary, TanTrade Tender Board, Mwl J.K Nyerere Trade Fair Ground, Plot No. 436, Block A, Kilwa Road, from 8:00am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday except on public Holidays.
